Groups A & B feed the top half, C & D the bottom. In each half, the two group winners take seeds 1 and 2 by record and the two runners-up take seeds 3 and 4. Number one plays four, two plays three.
Seeding breakdown
Within each half, the two group winners are ranked against each other by record for seeds 1 and 2, and the two runners-up for seeds 3 and 4 (points, then cumulative margin).
